so what is aiyaya? according to urbandictionary.com: (1) Cantonese expression describing exasperation. Saying aiya makes any situation better; (2) A Cantonese expression of displeasure. I added the extra “ya” to offset the displeasure-ness and to make things extra better, but WARNING: most of my posts will probably end up as some sort of bitchy rant. i can’t help it. this kind of pessismistic gene continues through the female DNA chains in my family.
